Job Title: Studio Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to helm our team at a premier fitness studio.

As a game-changer, you will inspire every person in the room with your heart, hustle, and passion for fitness. Our ideal candidate is an innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for leading epic sessions, driving growth, and creating a studio vibe that people can't wait to come back to. You will set the standard for team performance, culture, and connection every single day, driving our business to the next level.

  • Lead with authenticity and openness - be your real self, build trust, and create a space where everyone feels welcome.

  • Drive studio growth across all sales activities while also being diligent and creative with member retention strategies.

  • Support and guide your coaching team so they feel confident, connected, and ready to deliver their best.

  • Run high-energy group sessions that challenge, connect, and inspire every member in the room.

  • Help spread the word about our studio through local events, community engagement, and creative ideas.

  • Bring our studio events to life - from 8 Week Challenges to fun community workouts - making them memorable and impactful.

  • Keep members coming back with thoughtful touches, genuine connections, and a focus on their journey.

  • Notice the little things that make a big difference and look for those 1% improvements every day.

  • Be adaptable and open to new ideas, helping the studio grow and evolve in fresh, exciting ways.

Requirements:

  • Solid leadership skills and experience guiding a team to deliver great results.

  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a knack for thinking outside the square.

  • Group training experience (preferred) with Cert III & IV in Fitness or higher, plus current First Aid/CPR certification.

  • Experience in driving studio performance through smart planning and execution.

  • Strong skills in community engagement and building member loyalty.

  • The flexibility and mindset to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
