People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnership team as a Business Partner. In this role, you will leverage your people expertise to assist senior managers with various HR challenges, collaborating across a specific group of stakeholders and responsible for advising on HR issues, supporting performance management and investigations, handling return-to-work and fitness-to-work processes, and participating in the rollout of HR projects and initiatives.
About YouYou are naturally curious and comfortable asking questions to clarify your understanding, becoming a trusted advisor and coach to your stakeholders. You are driven by building strong relationships and trust among your stakeholders, with a proven history in an HR partnership role, preferably within a large, complex organisation, and you thrive on working across a diverse portfolio. You hold a degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field and have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Experience:- Comprehensive expertise and proficiency in a P&C Business Partner role.
- Knowledge of IR/ER legislation, performance management, investigations, and grievance handling processes, with experience advising senior managers and employees on HR matters.
- Ability to analyse data to provide effective solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/business systems.
