Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on the educational outcomes of our students.

About the Role:

The Learning Specialist will be responsible for modeling excellence in teaching and learning, mentoring and coaching teachers to improve their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness. They will work closely with the school leadership team to develop a shared vision of highly effective teacher practice and lead the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice
  • Model exemplary classroom practice through teaching demonstration lessons
  • Work with the school leadership team to develop a shared view of highly effective teacher practice
  • Lead and model the implementation of whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery
