As a Civil Engineer at AECOM, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transport and civil infrastructure projects, including roads, water mains, and drainage systems. You will be part of a high-performing team of engineers, scientists, designers, and drafters who are passionate about digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and delivery of various projects, including light vehicle/heavy vehicle roads, water mains, mine-site water management, water modeling, drainage, levees, dams, pumping/piping infrastructure, and structural integrity.
- Contribute to the winning of projects across the region by assisting with bids and tenders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, while continuing to develop your skills as a future leader within the business.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer who is passionate about project delivery and the successful integration of specialist and multi-disciplinary stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of related disciplines, including civil, rail, drainage, and geotechnical engineering.
Key qualifications include:
- Consulting experience on Civil Transport Infrastructure projects within a design (including design & construction) environment.
- Design experience that demonstrates the development and evaluation of options to arrive at a preferred solution, with a working knowledge of TfNSW standards.
- Project management experience and a commitment to exceptional client service.
- The confidence to utilize your reputation in bringing business to AECOM through networking and delivering high-quality work.
