Therapeutic Support Role

Join our multidisciplinary team to provide clinical support and therapeutic services across the lifespan in various settings. We value a diverse client population and mixed caseloads, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

This role involves providing therapeutic interventions, assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardized assessments, interpreting findings to formulate individualized treatment goals, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and supporting and advising on environmental adaptations for home, school, work, and residential facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and provide therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Support and advise on environmental adaptations for home, school, work, and residential facilities
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to improve independence

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience as an Occupational Therapist, across a diverse client base
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
