Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble the fleet while ensuring safety, quality, and industry standards are maintained.
  • Maintain all company vehicles and assets according to manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is performed according to established procedures.
  • Attend breakdowns and carry out field-related mechanical repairs.
  • Communicate effectively any safety or maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in vehicle service and maintenance with training provided to develop skills.
  • Adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork experience on daily maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Proactive approach to continuously improve processes and be adaptable in a dynamic team environment.
  • Possession of MR or HR driver's license (desired).
