The Role:

We seek an experienced customer service professional or client-facing individual to join our vibrant team in Albany. The successful candidate will be confident in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, comfortable working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and passionate about making a positive impact in the diversity and inclusion space.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate participants to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented;
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Australian driver's license;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for helping people and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
