Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Security Professional to join our workforce at Fairfield Hospital. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for responding promptly to security and emergency alarms, conducting regular patrols, assisting with emergency evacuations, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to security and emergency alarms
- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises
- Assist with emergency evacuations as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
Working Conditions:
The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Current NSW Security Licence in accordance with the NSW Security Industry 1997 Class 1A
- First Aid Certification
- Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)
Additional Information:
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a police check and obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
