We are currently developing the First Focus Leadership Academy, a hands-on leadership development program for middle managers.

About the Role

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for the entire First Focus Academy, encompassing all training programs, our Learning Management System (LMS), and video library. Additionally, they will oversee the onboarding function across the business, ensuring new employees have a seamless experience and can settle in quickly.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing successful training programs, ideally in the technology space. They will be responsible for creating and implementing onboarding tracks and upskilling plans, as well as possessing excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology sector
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing successful leadership training programs
  • Experience in creating and implementing onboarding tracks and upskilling plans
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
