We are currently developing the 'First Focus Leadership Academy', a hands-on leadership development program for middle managers.

About the Role

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for the entire First Focus Academy, encompassing all training programs, our Learning Management System (LMS), and video library. Additionally, they will oversee the onboarding function across the business, ensuring new employees have a seamless experience and become productive as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage successful training programs, ideally in the technology space
  • Develop and implement onboarding tracks and upskilling plans
  • Collaborate with the CPO to drive business objectives
  • Lead the development of the First Focus Leadership Academy
  • Manage the LMS and video library
  • Ensure a positive employee experience through effective onboarding
