We are seeking a skilled Blast Trainer to join our team in the Pilbara region.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will deliver site-based, practical training and supervision directly on the bench, ensuring safe, efficient, and best-practice blasting operations. They must have strong communication skills, computer literacy, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Train production teams with proficiency

Maintain and document training records

Deliver training with a focus on safety and efficiency

Collaborate with teams to enhance skill development

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for training programs
