Operations Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include managing cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and reporting; overseeing procurement, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements; providing technical input on construction methodology and sequencing; coordinating council, certifier, and engineer requirements; leading safety and quality systems across multiple sites; mentoring and supporting supervisors and crews; creating lasting relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers; and driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven construction operations management experience, strong financial and forecasting skills, a sharp technical eye, and the ability to confidently engage with clients, architects, builders, and subcontractors. You will also need to possess a collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and drives results.
