Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the implementation of BIM processes and technologies throughout the design phase of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective collaboration and seamless integration of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist in managing the design process and ensure all operational design functions are maintained efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure client brief and design intent is met.
  • Identify opportunities for up-scoping, value engineered designs, and profit improvement throughout the concept and design phase.
  • Develop and maintain a BIM environment for modular construction, including establishing BIM implementation strategies, standards, and protocols for design activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to consider alternatives and materials as part of the project specification.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role or a genuine passion to learn on the job.
  • A degree or diploma in a building, construction, or architectural field.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient drafting capabilities in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability.
  • Solid knowledge of EHSQ principles.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, and InDesign would be an asset.
