Job Title: Junior Interior Architectural Designer

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Interior Architectural Designer. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial, and develop skills in design, architecture, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interior architectural concepts and designs for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and assess existing spaces to inform design decisions
  • Create detailed construction documents and presentations

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or above)
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in the field
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong conceptual and spatial design ability
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Practical knowledge of construction and building codes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling software
  • Talented in preparation of presentation materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment
