Programmed is currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to provide technical expertise in the field of geotechnical engineering for water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in geotechnical engineering discipline matters across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Principal Engineer, Geotechnical to support the technical development of the Engineering team.
- Support the review and update of technical standards and guidelines for geotechnical engineering aspects of water infrastructure.
- Deliver high-level technical investigation, design, review, systems development, audit, and advisory services related to geotechnical engineering procedures and practices.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Civil or Geotechnical Engineering qualification.
- Solid knowledge of geotechnical engineering procedures and practices as applied to the water industry.
- Experience in provision of investigation, option, concept, and detailed design of geotechnical infrastructure associated with the water industry.
- Demonstrated experience in execution of novel, complex, and critical engineering investigations, and designs in the geotechnical discipline.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the field of geotechnical engineering for water infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with the Principal Engineer, Geotechnical to support the technical development of the Engineering team and delivering high-level technical investigation, design, review, systems development, audit, and advisory services related to geotechnical engineering procedures and practices.
