  • Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
  • Create personalized pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
  • Transform inquiries into successful enrollments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world

What You Will Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in higher education
  • Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline
  • Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data
