We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Risk Specialist to oversee the three lines of defense model.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support and strengthen the three lines of defense model within our organization
  • Promote ongoing continuous improvement across operational services in alignment with Quality Management Systems
  • Provide analysis and reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management processes
  • Assist the Head of Risk and Assurance to monitor the Three Lines of Defence and wider assurance functions
  • Support the revision of policies and procedures relating to risk management
About You:
  • Degree in health, business or related field or experience working in a similar role in the healthcare sector
  • Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management and/or Diploma in Quality Auditing
  • Strong working knowledge of risk, compliance and assurance management principles
  • Working knowledge of aged care reform agenda, Aged Care and related healthcare standards
