About This Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts with clients from Australia's largest institutions.

You will make and receive high volume outbound/inbound calls, building relationships with customers and negotiating repayment solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven by genuine compassion for our customers and has excellent communication skills.

As an Account Representative, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and varied solutions to customers whose accounts are in arrears.

You will work closely with clients to find fair and sustainable solutions to get them back on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage outstanding accounts with clients from Australia's largest institutions
  • Making and receiving high volume outbound/inbound calls
  • Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust
  • Creating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions
  • Problem solving and objection handling
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industries.

They should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be a natural problem solver and solution provider, and have a basic computer literacy.

The ideal candidate will also have a desire to learn and take on feedback, as well as a strong ability to communicate with confidence.
