We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a receptionist trainee.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our local head office, including:

  • Managing building safety, cleanliness, and security
  • Liaising with service providers, including building management and courier companies
  • Assisting with planning and setup for conferences, events, and office moves
  • Greeting visitors and helping them navigate the sign-in process

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about building connections and making things run smoothly.

You will also have the opportunity to undertake study as part of your traineeship and will be responsible for creating a workspace that inspires our people every day.
