About Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. The successful candidate will oversee activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise planning, execution, and supervision of welding activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures to minimize risks and optimize performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, promoting teamwork and high performance.
  • Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards and best practices.
