About this role

We are seeking a Rural Products Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with expertise in sales, customer service, and business development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans and budgets
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes
  • Lead a merchandise sales team
  • SOURCE NEW BUSINESS TO ACHIEVE KPI's AND TARGETS
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
