Leisure Experience Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to promote aquatic and leisure activities to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a team of Guest Experience Officers, driving subscription membership results across all programs provided by the facility.

About You
  • You are passionate about promoting leisure activities to the community.
  • You possess the skills and ability to build, develop, and lead a team of Guest Experience Officers.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to monitor and track performance through data and process adhesion.
  • You are experienced in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industry in a management, sales, marketing, or customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Belgravia Leisure's Charter.
  • Meet new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.
  • Conduct tours of the centre/facility as necessary to turn prospective members/guests into ongoing members.
Skillset
  • Experience in a sales and customer-facing environment.
  • Experience leading teams in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industries is highly regarded.
  • A solid understanding of business needs and processes as pertaining to KPIs, service standards.
  • Experienced in motivating teams to reach targets.
  • A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using social media platforms.
