The Disability Support Program (DSP) is a vital initiative that provides assistance and services to individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of this program.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and human-centred programs within your region. This includes managing the delivery of DSPs, providing recommendations for program improvements, and monitoring their delivery and evaluation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leading teams through change, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and professional development. You will also mentor your team to achieve short-term and long-term priorities of the department, as well as build partnerships within communities and promote local services.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage the delivery of Disability Support Programs
- Provide recommendations for program improvements and monitor their delivery and evaluation
- Lead teams through change and ensure effective performance management

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of disability support programs and services, as well as experience in leading teams and managing projects.
Furthermore, you should be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, service providers, and departmental staff. You should also be able to analyze complex information and make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes.
