About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Supervisor to oversee our construction sites and ensure all projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team in the delivery of public and private commercial building construction projects.

You will work alongside industry professionals to deliver quality projects for local councils, schools, and developers.

To meet our current and future work commitments, we require an experienced Building Supervisor to work on a number of new and existing projects.

Long-term employment opportunity in Australia's infrastructure growth region with a strong pipeline of local projects based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Greater Regions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years minimum experience in a similar role
  • As a minimum, hold a current Builder - medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
  • Carpentry or similar trade-based background
  • University or Tertiary qualifications in construction
  • Hold current drivers licence

You will monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications, and health, safety, environment, and quality requirements.
