Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a part-time customer service professional to join our retail team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Assist customers, ensuring they receive a positive experience
  • Maximise sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
  • Maintain store displays and ensure stores are well-stocked and clean
  • Supervise, motivate, and train colleagues
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including Gift Aid processing
  • Support the organisation of events and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
