Overview

Part-Time Sales Advisor – The Strand, Melbourne. This role is 12 hours per week, with shifts on weekdays and weekends. You greet customers and embody the heart of our brand, delivering warm, proactive service and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level, customer-focused service from greeting customers to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and on the shop floor.
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise the latest garments.
  • Create welcoming experiences that showcase the brand and guide customers through their journey with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver proactive service and memorable moments for customers.

  • Customer-focused with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting customer expectations.
  • Proactive with the ability to use initiative to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Curious and open to improving everyday processes.
