Your New Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective learning outcomes, working collaboratively with colleagues to put student achievement and wellbeing first. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a differentiated curriculum that incorporates data-driven assessment practices
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment through collaborative or team teaching approaches
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and the wider community
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community to promote a culture of respect and trust
  • Effectively managing classroom behaviour positively and restoratively

This part-time teaching position offers a flexible 19-hour work schedule per week, with opportunities for career growth and professional development within the organisation.
