Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a sales strategy that fills rooms, event spaces, and food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience in lifestyle hotels, boutique groups, or experience-driven brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving room-night and event targets while nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Fluent in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization techniques.
  • Natural storyteller and presenter who can rally clients and teammates around a shared vision.
