About the Opportunity

Ahrens and Pioneer Water Tanks are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their Sales team. This exciting opportunity will focus on our Australian Dealer Network, as well as supporting our international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental sales budget and business plan.
  • Support our Dealer Network to grow their business in respective territories.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in the respective markets and work with the Sales Manager to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Manage our CRM systems to track activity in sales channel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate with dealers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth operation processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our sales and account management processes.
  • Measure and track territory performances and establish working plans to turn around under-performing areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role in the Rural Infrastructure industry, with a strong understanding of the water storage industry.
  • Proven sales or account management success.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Analytical aptitude, with demonstrated experience in business mapping and execution.
  • Results-driven attitude.
