This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects that consistently exceed client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive project plans, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards consistent with Verbrec's requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and peers, providing technical guidance and support to achieve collective success.
  • Develop and implement improvements to engineering systems and processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Nurture strong industry relationships, expand networks, and facilitate collaboration with clients to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving decarbonization efforts, working closely with clients to help them achieve ESG targets and sustainability objectives.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the design of oil, gas, and energy infrastructure, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • You possess a deep understanding of relevant design codes, including ASME B31.3, AS 4041, API 650, ASME VIII, or AS 2885, and are skilled in pipe stress analysis using AutoPIPE or Caesar II.
  • CPEng/RPEQ or equivalent is required, or you are near completion of your certification.
  • You are an exceptional team player, able to work collaboratively, guide teams, and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential, along with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
