Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As the last point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a superior shopping experience.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at the checkout and customer service desk
  • Collecting trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas
  • Rotating in all areas, including customer queries and scanning groceries
