Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet ongoing client needs and advise on insurance matters
  • Conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals
  • Sell new policies/write new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business
  • Quote new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters, and receive walk-in clients
Requirements:
  • A post-secondary education is required
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience is essential
  • The ability to create own sales leads is desirable
  • Exposure to Epic is beneficial
  • Strong customer focus, analytical, and organizational skills are necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
