We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team.
Our MissionTo support older Australians in living independently and comfortably at home.
Role SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to customers, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care plans tailored to each customer's unique needs and goals.
- Support customers with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assist customers with mobility and transportation needs.
- Document customer progress and communicate effectively with care managers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer care plans and outcomes.
