Contract Manager Opportunity

Join our organization as a Contract Manager, where you will be responsible for end-to-end contract management and support enterprise-wide objectives. You will ensure compliance with best practices, regulatory obligations, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be part of a wider team supporting key Decarbonisation / Sustainability projects
  • Implement effective contract management processes and procedures to ensure that all downstream commercial issues and risks are properly identified, managed and resolved
  • Provide day-to-day contract administration and commercial support to the Procurement, Commercial and Project Delivery teams so they are aware of our contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Lead contract-related processes, including tracking deliverables against contracts, developing notices, management of minor variations, ensuring timely outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to effectively liaise on contract matters and achieve objectives
  • Coordinate and manage contract activities, such as document control, interpreting and applying contract terms, interactions with legal for contract drafting, and administration for projects and work packages
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to review and manage the contract portfolio, supporting strategic and operational goals
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to contract processes and business outcomes
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on contract activities, risks, and progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration
  • Strong expertise in understanding of contracts, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset and keen eye for detail
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage key stakeholders effectively
  • High-level skills in preparing reports and analyzing contract-related data
