General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our civil construction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our growth and success through strategic leadership, financial management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including project management, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the civil construction industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in power/utilities projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful civil construction projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.
