This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a Senior Occupational Therapist in Emergency Services. In this role, you will be part of the Emergency Leadership Team, working collaboratively with a dynamic group of staff to provide outstanding patient care within our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert occupational therapy services to patients in emergency settings, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Lead a team of occupational therapists, providing guidance, mentoring, and clinical development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of best practice standards in emergency care, promoting excellence in patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or eligibility for registration.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a strong track record of innovation and improvement.
