Retail Operations Manager

At Coles, we're looking for a skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of approximately $95,000 per annum based on national averages and industry standards. You will be responsible for leading the customer service department and front of store operations, ensuring exceptional presentation, welcoming and engaging experiences for customers, team members and local community.
About You and Your Skills
- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment and proven leadership skills to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
- You are committed to maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for your team and customers.
- You drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
- You are customer-obsessed and strive to continually better understand diverse customers to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
