Join Randstad in Keswick, South Australia, as a full-time Clinical Practice Consultant (CPC) in Palliative Care. This permanent role includes travel to various sites as needed.

Role Overview: As a Clinical Practice Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership, guiding nurses in the development, execution, and assessment of evidence-based, patient-centered care models. You will oversee training, manage clinical practices, and conduct individual competency assessments for staff assisting clients with complex health challenges in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses in the development of evidence-based care models
  • Oversee training and manage clinical practices to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct individual competency assessments for staff working with clients with complex health challenges
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance clinical care and service efficiency

About You: To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care Nursing
  • At least 2 years of postgraduate experience in Palliative Care Nursing
  • Specialized skills and knowledge relevant to community nursing and the demands of this role
  • Advanced expertise in planning and executing nursing care relevant to your responsibilities
