Job Role:

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Site Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general site tasks, including cleaning, loading/unloading materials, and setting up equipment.
  • Help with digging, demolition, site preparation, and other manual tasks as needed.
  • Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Evaluate the site for safety and efficiency, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction equipment.
  • Work alongside skilled workers, taking direction as needed.
  • Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or potential hazards to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction labor or similar roles is preferred but not required.
  • Able to handle physical labor and lift heavy materials as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel to various job sites.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
  • Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic construction tools and materials is a plus.
  • Able to work in various weather conditions and on uneven ground.
  • Able to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
