Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Garden Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, has a passion for gardening, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining gardens, parks, and other green spaces through planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
  • Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care using industry-standard equipment
  • Preparing soil and mulch for optimal growth and appearance
  • Maintaining and operating gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Fostering a safe working environment by following established protocols and guidelines
  • Working effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred)
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions
  • Reliability, motivation, and a strong team focus
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
