  • Follow all prescribed hotel policies and food safety standards
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and quantity of all dishes to be served

Requirements:

  • Hotel experience is highly preferred, but not necessary if the candidate has experience in a busy, popular all-day breakfast/brunch environment
  • Passion for breakfast cuisine and a creative approach to menu development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
