Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Integratedliving Australia. As a key member of our community health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our clients in regional, rural, and remote areas of Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct client care through health, wellbeing, and/or clinical services based on established care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to assess and ascertain clients' needs and goals, and develop service recommendations within defined funding parameters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that promote the wellbeing of our aged and vulnerable clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.
- Engage with clients and their families to promote health education and health promotion.
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioners' Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Experience working as an independent clinical practitioner or in a team.
- Understanding of community nursing and the principles of primary health care.
- Ability to work systematically and in an accurate manner.
- Proficient in the use of electronic technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, email, internet, and client data management systems.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel for client care.
