Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Merchandising Representative to join our team at Strikeforce. As a Field Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for executing merchandising tasks to a high standard, building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, and promoting the Mars Wrigley brand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, positioning, and ticketing in line with client expectations.
  • Planograms and Relays: Execute and maintain planograms and relays to ensure compliance and optimal product visibility.
  • Task Execution: Build displays, erect point-of-sale materials, and manage stock levels to meet client expectations.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Negotiate off-location opportunities and build strong relationships with store personnel to drive sales and brand growth.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate promotional activities and provide accurate reporting using a smart device.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years old and have full Australian working rights.
  • Reside in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
  • Hold a current State Driver's License and have a reliable, road-worthy vehicle.
  • Be physically fit, with the ability to bend, lift, and carry stock (up to 16 kgs).
