Job Overview:

This role involves leading and maintaining a compliance framework for an organization.

  • Establish and manage the company's Compliance Management System.
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex problems and act as a thought leader.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with sponsor banks and collaborate with senior leaders to build compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting credit card management and servicing.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of a customer-centric complaint management system.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of compliance experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

They will possess deep knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and experience working with sponsor banks or in a BaaS environment.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels, is required.
