We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at MOJO Homes. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their journey of purchasing a new MOJO home.
- Meet and greet visitors to the display home, schedule appointments, and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing.
- Handle customer enquiries so they can make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met.
- Passion for home design and living spaces.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated and strive to produce quality work with a high attention to detail.
- Driven by results and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Genuine interest in sales and the building industry to help customers purchase their dream home.
Availability to work weekends and holidays with rostered days off weekdays.
