Civil Structural Engineer Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Civil Structural Engineer. In this role, you will have the chance to utilize your skills in civil and structural engineering to contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and be able to design, develop, and modify civil/structural components and processes. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Design and develop civil/structural components and processes using relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides.
  • Analyze problems with conflicting design requirements and suggest possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with civil/structural aspects of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving civil/structural engineering processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on civil/structural engineering matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 5-8 years of experience or 9-12 years of experience in Structural Engineering with expertise in mining and metals industry.
