Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Bega Group Full time
Overview

Vendor Replenishment Planner role at Bega Group. We are seeking a proactive and adaptable VRP to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the key link between Bega Group and major customers, ensuring optimal stock levels, seamless communication, and efficient supply chain operations. You'll manage replenishment, forecasting, and data integrity, while contributing to projects that drive continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of your category, work cross-functionally, and influence stakeholders across the organisation. As the first point of contact for major customers, your ability to build strong relationships and respond quickly will be critical to success. • Achieve customer KPI targets by following replenishment guidelines and purchasing policies
  • Balance stock levels against forward demand, including baseline sales, promotional activity, seasonal fluctuations, and major events
About you
  • Experience in vendor replenishment and/or supply/demand planning
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Experience in FMCG supply chain environments, particularly inventory and order management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
  • Enjoy autonomy in your work while being a reliable team player when it counts
