Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of our warehouse and dry goods store. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
The successful applicant will lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of warehouse and dry goods store activities. They will drive operational excellence, waste reduction, and cost optimization through Lean principles. Additionally, they will ensure best practice inventory control, accuracy, and system optimization.
This role requires a strong understanding of QSE Management (ISO, HACCP, GMP) and proven experience in WMS optimization and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are also essential.
About You- You will bring a track record in warehouse management and the ability to see both the big picture and the fine detail.
