We seek a casual Chiropractic Assistant to join our Maroochydore team, working 10 - 15 hours per week with flexibility across Monday to Thursday. Shifts will span mornings (7:30am-12pm) and evenings (2pm-7pm).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Booking appointment schedules and building strong relationships with patients.">
  • Balancing accounts, managing financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling, banking and other practice operations.">
  • Assisting Chiropractors in maintaining optimal office efficiency and providing excellent service.">
  • Educating and caring for practice members.">
  • A genuine passion for health and wellness.">
  • Excellent customer service experience and enjoyment working with diverse patient groups.">
  • Superior phone manner.">
  • Administrative skills and experience are advantageous.">
  • Exceptional organisational abilities.">
  • High energy levels.">

Prior customer service experience is preferred but full training will be provided in a supportive environment.
