Job Title: Coffee Expert

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Expert to join our team at The Rocks Cafe.

As a Coffee Expert, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffees, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the café.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft Exceptional Coffees: Prepare espresso-based drinks, from classic lattes to signature creations, and serve them with precision and care.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment and ensure our customers have a memorable experience.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workspace and the café clean and organized for both customers and teammates.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels and ensure all supplies (coffee beans, milk, etc.) are well-stocked and ready for service.

Required Skills:

  • A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to craft perfect beverages.
  • Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous barista experience is preferred but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
